The lathe bed is 15 1/2″ long, steel 45 deg. dovetailed bed mounted on concrete (?) filled aluminum extrusion. The carriage has 9.7″ of total travel, this becomes shorter with chuck, tailstock (8″ of travel) or other accessories.
